Account for infestation level
Light infestation needs one treatment. Heavy infestation needs hot fogging and a repeat visit. The more advanced the situation, the higher the price.
Think about prevention
A one-off treatment solves the problem now. A quarterly contract (4 visits a year) costs more but is better value per visit.
